Starting Saturdays in September - Intro. to Acrylic Painting
Introduction to Acrylic Painting with Melanie Therrien.
The four week quick painting workshop is $100, materials included, no experience necessary. (Spots are reserved when half the fee is paid) Each class you will bring home a completed work of art on canvas panel. The session starts Saturday, September 25 and runs through October 16. Two class times are available, 3-5 and 6-8. To reserve your spot contact Melanie at 576-3743.

(I am now promoting Premier Acrylic Paint, the caps are easier to remove and the quality is the same as Winsor and Newton, but the price is better)

Students are taught acrylic painting techniques and drawing, as well as several other areas of art, such as: styles of art, design, color theory and presentation. These skills are learned through works created from reference, imagination and demonstrations. Students are given the foundation to express themselves as well as the wide variety of skills needed to maneuver through the art world in the future. The environment of Wicked Illustrations Studio and Gallery will also give them the opportunity to view and learn from all the exciting art that comes through our doors. Student artwork is always on display. Class size is limited to six. Classes are ongoing.

Payment Policies and Fees -
Fees for adults are $15.00 per class for 2 hour sessions. Fees for children and teens for 2 hour sessions are $100.00, due every six weeks regardless of attendance, omitting snow days and holidays. Payments are non-refundable. Payment for a new student is due by the second class and their complete list of materials should be acquired by the fourth class. Cash, credit cards and checks are accepted. There is a 25.00 returned check fee.
